Former students who are no longer enrolled at the University of Augsburg can request a Transcript of Records from the Student Service Centre.

Enrolled students can use the Online Examinations Office in STUDIS to generate a Transcript of Records by clicking on the following tabs.

• Transcript of Records, including modules and courses taken and grades and credit points (Modul- und Lehrveranstaltungsbest?tigung, Format 1)
• Confirmation of courses taken, including grades and credit points (Lehrveranstaltungsbest?tigung, Format 3)
• Confirmation of modules taken, including grades and credit points (Modulbest?tigung, Format 2)

The Transcript of Records (Modul- und Lehrveranstaltungsbest?tigung) includes the modules and courses you have completed (passed), as well as the respective credit points and grades. Modules that have been partially completed are shown, even if the full module has not yet been completed. However, for such modules only the title of courses taken in the module are provided. Credit points and grades for the module are only shown once the full module has been completed (passed).
